Compliance

• Compliance functionality is part of he Mill7 Relation management module. General compliance information contains status and risk data.
• Persons (and firms) subject to compliance rules are in Mill7 connected to client firms. In this example Mr. Kaptein is UBO of Hetrix Holding.
• In some countries UBO names and addresses should be encrypted. Only Mill7 users with special rights can see full names and addresses.
• Risk reviews can be monitored using Mill7.
• Mill7 can help to collect compliance documents. For quick access, compliance documents can be linked to the according Mill7 records.
• To make data entry of compliance documents easy, the Mill7 wizard can be used. Before use, the wizard needs configuration (with optional help of Millogic).
• Missing documents can be reported per client or in an overview. Some reports need configuration (with optional help of Millogic). Excel reports, like Expiring passports, can be customized by every user.
