Mill7 for Trust: A Summary

Register your time spend for the client and register your work in progress. The CRM system helps to keep track of all your client tasks. Always have an immediate overview of outstanding invoices, work in progress and other client related data. You can work simultaneous in many periods or years. Enter stock information in the portfolio module. Revaluate currency rates. Calculate interest.

Legal and Compliance services: Enter all legal and compliance data in the CRM system. Connect (scanned or internal) documents to the Mill7 data. Produce reports for missing compliance documents, and plan your reviews.

Secretarial services: Produce Ms-Word template letters based on Mill7 data. Use mailing facilities for Christmas cards or other periodical mailings. Always have an overview of what person is working for what company.

Management tools: The CRM module includes all kinds of management information. The several management reports are based on the CRM, but also based on time, financial or invoicing data. Mill7 includes a time approval system. The user rights system allows you to assign rights to clients or parts of the data to user groups.

Mill7 is International: English GUI and user documentation, multi-currency support. Trustoffices all around the world work with Mill7. You can fine tune your CRM data model to the local needs. In this way Mill7 supports the needs for Civil law and Common law jurisdictions.

Mill7 is connected to the World: Import your currency rates from the central bank. Import journals from your local bank. Open all your reports using MS-Excel. Scan your relations using EU-scan or World Check. Produce the annual reports with Infine or Caseware. Send your letters using Ms-Word templates. Or use our services to make custom connections.

Reporting: Mill7 comes with hundreds of reports build for the trust business. Use our internal reporting tool to customize these reports. We also build new reports for you, or train you how to use tools like Crystal Reports. The reports use Excel for output, but also output to many other formats (like PDF or email) is possible.

Mill7 supports remote desktops to work from all around the world. Or login to your server from home. For your relations or clients we even build a Contents Management System to look at their data and reports using a virtual private network.

The unique Mill7 data model is designed for Trust: One person or one company is linked to many client companies. This can be in the role of shareholder or managing director, advisor, UBO, trust officer or in one of the many other roles entered in Mill7. Clients are linked to service (invoicing-) companies. So when registering time, viewing CRM data or invoicing, Mill7 acts as one dataset. In the accounting module, the data is split per client.

Our VDF database is very fast and stable and runs with a minimum of maintenance. No database administrator is required. Optionally we can replace our integrated (VDF) database with a SQL server database.

Fast implementation: Due to the fact that we don't have to build extra trust functionality, you save months or even years. Because you don't have to teach us what your business is, our fast communication saves you more months. We have experience with very large trustoffices implemented in one or a few weeks.
