In menu Maintenance User texts can be entered and saved as standard texts to be used in Reminders, Cover letters and for e-mailing for instance from invoices,mailings to relations and mailings to funds participants,

 

Texts can be entered in three languages.

Every text has two parts: a leading text and a closing text.

 

In some functions Mill7 uses default text numbers.

In these functions the user can choose a different text number at time of use.

 

Default text numbers are:

1 till 9 are used in Reminders

10 and 11 are used in Cover letters

15 is used in E-mail invoices
